The recipient of a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and accounting from Iona College, Allan L. Pashcow is a New York-based property management executive with more than three decades of relevant experience. He obtained a Certified Property Manager distinction from Chicago, Illinois' Institute of Real Estate Management in 1983, Mr. Pashcow is currently the Managing General Partner at TOWN REALTY CO LLC
and the MAPLECREST ORG, with offices located in Roslyn Heights, New York. specializing in Multi Family properties, .since 1989

Allan Pashcow presently owns & manages more than 1,200 rental apartment units on Long Island and oversees the work of a team that consists of multiple property managers, office personnel, and on-site property staff. In addition to managing rental apartment units, he has experience in event management and directing resources for nonprofit organizations. He is a member and former chairman of the board of the Long Island Diabetes Research Institute' Foundation, and also serves on the boards of the Joe Namath Foundation and Ron Darling Foundation. Mr. Pashcow is also actively involved with several Charities and philanthropic endeavors. IE: The Garden Of Dreams Foundation,, Smile Farms, and Vet Dogs of America

Outside of his interest in real estate, Mr. Pashcow enjoys traveling, and maintaining an active lifestyle. He participates in a variety of outdoor activities, specifically Golf, Baseball, & Ice Hockey..
